Sometimes when the mind is overloaded with thoughts, we do not see things clearly. It frustrates and drains us mentally and emotionally. All of the thoughts might not be problems actually, they might be things we just need to think about and straighten out in our head. So whenever you feel that there is a lot of commotion in your head, write down the thoughts on a paper. Then try to take them up one by one. It helps clear the mind and mostly you will find that the issues werent that huge .
